OFFICE ONLY Sunday - Thursday 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Friday 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. -9:00 p.m. Friday right before Memorial Day to Labor Day: Sunday - Friday 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Seasonal campingOur season is from April 15th to October 31st, with the office opening a week before the 15th. Seasonal camping has a nonrefundable deposit of $650 due on September 15th for the following year. The remaining balance ($1,950) is due April 15th.

-Accidents or injuries suffered by the Guest. -Loss of valuables such as: money, jewelry or any other items that are the personal property of our Guests. -Any other acts that are beyond the control of the owners. *You may be asked to leave if any rule is broken, or if there is an altercation. We have many people in and around the office at all times. The office workers are to be treated with respect. Any blatantly rude comments or harsh words toward anyone in training will be taken as an altercation. Below: A map of our campground that can be found on the back of our brochure!! Weekend Rates
1 Night $50 1 Week $230 1 Month $600 ** Rates are for one family (one/two parents with children) per camper unit per site. ** A 50% deposit is required for reservations, with full balance due on arrival. It is NONREFUNDABLE for ANY cancellations less than ONE week in advance. **Holiday reservations is on a 3 night minimum. ** We guarantee reservations, NOT site numbers!!!! **All sites are full hook up (electric, water and sewer)! **Tents are allowed (The price remains the same). **Golf carts are allowed. Golf Cart Rental $12/hr $65/day $100/2 day **All require a $25 refundable deposit if golf cart returns in the same condition. Must possess a valid driver's license to rent. Swimming (Pond), Volleyball, Horseshoes, Large Playground, Hiking Trails, Basketball Court, Corn hole, Laundry Facilities & Wi-Fi. Black Beard's Bay Waterpark is on the premises (extra fees apply). | ||
***Due to Insurance Company rules, we cannot allow the following dogs on the premises:
Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, All Wolf Hybrids. Any Dog with any of these as a mixed breed is included.

This is the office where everything happens. If you want to talk to someone face-to-face about camping, then this is the place to go. ! We also have a small convenience store with a variety of necessities and ice cream!
