Well it's here. The last weekend of the 2014 season. Where did the time go? Did we have any warm weather this year?! Don't worry though, ladies and gentleman! As seasoned campers, we know how to go out with a bang!!
It's time for the kids to party it up! Friday is Bingo (we can't have weekend without bingo). If you have any food for the breakfast sign up, be sure to have it to the office by Friday!! Saturday starts off with the breakfast, then pumpkin carving, carnival games, piñatas, trick or treat and then hayrides! Trick or Treat starts at 6:00. For all those new to it, those little tikes will be running around, camper to camper, collecting treats! Be sure to stock up! Last year we had over 200 kiddos join in the fun!

From what I've been hearing, everyone is a bit upset that I'm not leaving my new puppy, Sophie, at the office 24/7. I was going to start thinking of a way to remedy that, and then I remembered that I'm evil. So no. :) I can see a bunch of special visits in everyone's near future!
Bingo Friday @ 7:00. <----- Just so everyone knows that I'm not forgetting about bingo, I figured that I would get it out of the way, right away! Now for the juicy stuff. Kiddos, avert your eyes! ADULT HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY!! Adults, bring a snack to share, dress up and come have some fun!! Karaoke will be going on, and that's always something to come see! Chris, Cherie & myself have even got costumes for this year. So if you want to know what I'm going to be for Halloween, you have to stop out on Saturday to see!!! :) And as always, we're hoping for a safe, fun and family friendly weekend!! Anyone else been thinking about curling in a ball, covered in blankets and hibernating for the winter!? I know a few who have. Those stinkers have been getting ready to move away to Florida, and let me tell you, NOT ONE of them has offered to kidnap me and take me along. I'm hurt. My body was not built for this cold stuff. BUT, this weather coming up is supposed to be quite nice, so I think I'll be able to handle it.
We've got a pretty relaxing weekend going for this weekend. Bingo on Saturday @ 7:30. Nothing to straining for everyone. We're giving you all the time to get yourselves prepared for the crazy winter ahead. Why are you preparing?! Because this crazy season is quickly coming to an end! :( I know you all will miss me like crazy, but don't cry. I'm not quitting this job any time soon, so you'll see me next year, and the year after that, and the year after that, and you get the picture!! |
