rain makes me happy

I like rain. I really do. I like splashing in puddles. I like the cool air it brings. I love me some thunder and lightning storms. I love listening to rain drop hit the roof of a lazy, rainy day. Rain gives me a reason to be lazy! What I don't like is so much rain that I can't be outside and enjoy the weather. Seriously spring, we get it. You're here. Message received. You can give us sunshine and rain free days now. Thanks.

So... with that said. Stop crying Mother Nature. It's really not that bad.

Friday, bring a candy bar and play some candy bar bingo at 7:30 in Cherie's house. It costs a candy bar, NOT money. Candy people. It costs candy to win candy. Saturday, at 9, kicks off the Antique Car & Tractor Show! If you are a camper, and if you own an antique vehicular contraption (car or tractor or bike or truck or whatever) then line it up between the pavilion and playground for everyone to enjoy. You can stand there and brag or just show it all off!!

10:30 we have normal crafts. Kiddos, you will be making a stepping stone. 5:30 is the potluck. Show up at the pavilion with a passing dish and your own tableware to enjoy! 7:30 is bingo.

Don't forget to drop off your recipes to us by June 29th!! We NEED 50. So chop chop you chefs. I'm hungry.

We have a bit of an Activity Schedule correction. June 14th is NOT Father's Day. I repeat, June 14th is not Father's Day. Do not screw up and bring him an early present. We, all of us in the office, screwed up because Cherie's father's birthday is that day, and we all just get confused. And, yeah. Forgive us.

Or don't. No sweat off my back. I'll just stick my tongue out at you and run away. Sue me.

No... please don't. I really don't have much money, but seriously, bingo, old cars, food. Get here. Have fun. Be merry. Don't get married, and do NOT do anything that I would do. Which is a lot, but just don't do it!! :) Happy  camping, campers!
